picturesque views, peaceful and comfortable location very close to a waterbus stop. and next to train station as well as the rialto or san marco plaza. comfortable beds, a wonderful balcony and many windows in the room. amazingly good and well prepared breakfast with a huge variety of delicacies and friendly efficient staff.

This small hotel is situated in a quiet area near the glass factory, a ferry stop, and has a stunning interior in the suite with very spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

The suite we stayed in was breathtaking. It had a good view and above all, the room was luxurious unlike many other suites.

It is a long way to walk to.

There were a beautiful balcony and many windows in the room, liked that. Lovely restaurant served local specialties.

The room was a nice size, elegant with a marble bathroom. It was in an unbeatable and magnificent location by water taxi from the train station. Amazingly good and gorgeous breakfast, food was outstanding.

Very clean room, friendly and courteous staff, a great location, nice room, good breakfast, for guests with celiac disease there are daily gluten-free products at the buffet! Highly recommended accommodation!

Very good beds, free upgrade to rooms overlooking the Grand Canal. Very good and delicious breakfast. Great location. Therefore a bit noisy sometimes. The view makes up for it though.

The staff here are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, providing a wonderful experience.

Fantastic location, near the main attractions, but a bit away from the hustle and bustle, well designed rooms.

Breakfast, poor for a hotel of this category, little information about the city, for example a small library would be nice.

Everything was perfect. We had booked a deluxe double room but were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite upon arrival. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We found a very delicious surprise in the room for birthday:) The breakfast was very good. Also we liked the great location near the Grand Canal.

I loved the boat trip to Murrano--complimentary ! The view of the Grand canal was wonderful ! At night we could hear the gondoliers singing. Great to have the vaporetto stop so close to the hotel. The rooms were deluxe--beautiful drapery , curtains, wall paper etc. Luxurious bathroom. We would heartily recommend it to our friends! The main Concierge was very good. The other staff at the desk were not very friendly. The porter was great ! We enjoyed the breakfasts very much ! Nice touch having prosecco !!
